Orlando Hoop School Terms & Conditions

Enrollment, Payment, and Refund Policy

Enrollment in Orlando Hoop School programs is confirmed only after full payment is received. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the academy cancels a session or receives a valid medical excuse prior to the program start date.
No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes, no-shows, or voluntary withdrawals once the program begins. Payment plans may be available upon request, but must be agreed upon in writing. All participants must be registered through the official platform or with written approval from staff.

Conduct, Responsibility, and Insurance

All players, parents, and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, teammates, opponents, and facilities. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
Participants are responsible for bringing their own proper attire and basketball gear. Orlando Hoop School is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
Participants must carry personal health insurance. The academy does not provide medical or accident insurance and will not be held responsible for injury-related expenses. It is the responsibility of the participant or legal guardian to ensure the athlete is physically fit and medically cleared to participate.

Schedule, Media Use, and Data Privacy

Orlando Hoop School reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Make-up sessions may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.
By participating, you consent to the use of your or your child’s image, name, and performance in academy photos, videos, and promotional materials without compensation.
All personal information collected during registration will be used strictly for communication, safety, and program operations. We will never sell or share your data with third parties.
